2 Small boneless pork chops, thinly sliced 1 Large apple (preferably tart and crisp), thinly sliced 2 Garlic cloves, minced 3 Tbsp Sensei Sauce 2 Pats of butter Melt butter in pan on medium heat. Add sliced apple and garlic and sauté until apple starts to break down. Add 1 Tbsp Sensei Sauce and stir. Add pork and sauté until pork is cooked, yet still tender. Add 1 Tbsp Sensei Sauce and stir until Sensei Sauce caramelizes. Add last Tbsp of Sensei Sauce and mix before serving.
Goes great with mashed potatoes!
