Sensei Sauce Recipe CardPrecook rice; we recommend sushi rice. For this recipe we used one cup raw rice and the amount of water called for in instructions.

Mix:
2 Tbs Sugar
3 Tbs rice vinigar
1/2 tsb salt

Heat all ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat until dissolved and mixture is clear. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Fold into cooked rice.

Slice meat from can of Spam about 1/4" thick. Fry in pan with Sensei Sauce to taste. Cut sheet of nori into 2" x 4' or 6" strips. Put cooled rice on flat surface and flatten to
3/4" thick. Use Spam can to cut out bricks of rice. Place brick of rice on nori, place cooked Spam on rice, wrap up and enjoy!

Can dip in Sensei Sauce if desired.
